The AI operator for your vending machines · Founding cohort

It does the thinking.
You do the driving.

Vendling watches every sale, chats with your customers, decides what to stock, and hands you a ready-planned restock run. Landing new locations is still your game — running the machines isn't. Your job shrinks to one run a week.

SLOT A2 · WHAT IT RUNS

Four loops. Always on.

While you're at your day job, four loops keep every machine selling the right things at the right prices.

Watch

Daily

Pulls every sale from your machines' telemetry. Spots slowdowns, dead slots, and price mismatches before they cost you a week of revenue.

Listen

Real-time

Every machine wears a QR code. Customers ask for products, report jams, get answers — from the agent, day or night. Every wish becomes a vote.

Curate

Weekly

Turns votes and sales data into stocking decisions: what's out, what's in, what price. You can veto anything — most owners stop bothering.

Restock

As needed

Predicts empty slots, merges machines into one efficient run, and emails you the shopping list. You show up — everything's already decided.

SLOT A3 · WHAT'S AUTOMATED, HONESTLY

Full autonomy where it's earned.

Today, Vendling fully runs machines you already have. Deal-making stays human — and it already preps your paperwork.

Now · Autonomous

Operations & customers

Sales watching, product decisions, restock planning, customer chat, books. Fully agent-run, inside your rules.

Next · Assisted

Deal prep

Location one-pagers, ROI math, and draft contracts — generated for your pitch, updated as you negotiate.

Later · Supervised

Outreach & negotiation

Drafted by the agent, approved by you — rolled out only when it's provably good enough. No overpromises.

SLOT B1 · WHERE YOU COME IN

Three things stay yours.

The agent does the thinking. What's left is exactly what makes it your business:

Yours 01

Run the route

One planned restock run — shopping list, stop order, slot-by-slot manifest, the occasional 60-second fix. Follow the card; no thinking required.

~1 run / week · scheduled inside your available hours

Yours 02

Land the locations

Talking a property manager into a deal is still a human sport — and your best one. Vendling arms you: performance one-pagers, ROI math, a contract ready to sign.

your game · its ammunition

Yours 03

Call the big shots

Price moves past your cap, swaps on slots you've locked, buying machine #5 — the agent brings a recommendation with its reasoning. You pick.

A few taps, a few times a month

SLOT B2 · THE MONDAY LETTER

Reading this is using the product.

Every Monday your agent writes you a plain-English letter: what sold, what your customers asked for, what it changed, what it plans next. No dashboards to decode. Skim it over coffee — or don't. The machines run either way.

Every claim in it links to a decision log entry, so you can always ask "why did you do that?" and get the actual reasoning from the moment the call was made.

WEEK 32 · MON 06:00

Mike — solid week. Net profit $412 (+9%), all four machines healthy.

Your customers spoke: three people asked the gym machine for sugar-free energy, so Celsius is out and Alani Nu is in on Wednesday's run. I've already told the three of them it's coming.

M02 had a coil jam reported through the QR — a 60-second fix is on your run card. Also: Coastal Gym's renewal window opens in 60 days. Your performance one-pager for that conversation is attached.

Needs you: Wednesday's run (2 stops, ~25 min, list attached) and one approval — raising water to $2.25 at both gyms crosses your price cap. My case is inside; projected +$18/mo, zero volume risk at these locations.

SLOT C1 · WHO'S IN CHARGE

Autonomous, not unaccountable.

You write the rules once. The agent operates inside them — and four mechanisms keep it on the leash:

Your rules SET ONCE, EDIT ANYTIME

Price-change caps, locked slots, spending limits, your available hours, hard no-gos. Every agent action is checked against them — by code, not by the AI's good intentions.

Probation FIRST 14 DAYS

Early on, every product swap and price move waits 24 hours for your eyes before taking effect. Stop intervening, and the agent earns full autonomy.

The decision log EVERY ACTION

Each move records what it did, what it knew, and why. Two taps from any activity line to the full reasoning. Nothing is a black box.

The kill switch ALWAYS TWO TAPS AWAY

Freeze everything — swaps, prices, customer replies — in under five seconds, from any screen. Money and signatures were never the agent's to touch.

SLOT C2 · THE DEAL

No profit, no pay.

Vendling gets paid like a real operator — a cut of the profit it creates. 20% of net, measured by your machines' own sales data.

SLOT D1 · STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Asked by every operator so far.

Actually autonomous, or approval hell?

Inside your rules, it decides without asking — what to stock, what to price, when you restock, what to tell customers. It comes to you for three things: the run itself, the deals, and calls above your caps. Our benchmark: ignore the app for two weeks and your machines keep selling the right things.

Do my customers know they're chatting with an AI?

Yes, always. The QR chat introduces itself as the machine's AI operator up front. It only handles machine and product topics, never collects personal data beyond an opt-in restock alert, and anything it can't handle escalates straight to you.

What if it stocks the wrong thing?

Worst case is a slow slot for a week — not a disaster. Every decision is logged with its reasoning, next week's sales data corrects it, and you can veto or lock any slot at any time. Money and contracts were never delegated, so the blast radius stays small.

I don't own any machines yet. Too early?

Honestly — Vendling shines once machines are in the field. If you're at zero, it preps your first deal (location one-pagers, ROI math, a ready contract), you close it, and the agent takes over the moment the machine is plugged in.

How is this different from vending management software?

Management software shows you dashboards; the deciding and planning is still your job. Vendling decides, plans, talks to your customers, and hands you a finished run card. You don't read charts — you drive.

SLOT D2 · LAST CALL

Set your rules.
Then just drive.

Founding cohort is limited by design — every route gets a dedicated agent instance and our engineers watching its decision logs. Locked-in founding pricing, for the life of your account.
